As a trusted advisor to clients worldwide, he has supported the leading airframe and engine manufacturers, operating lessors, airlines and financial institutions in fields ranging from asset backed transactions through to fleet planning and advising on building a leasing company. His knowledge and understanding of market dynamics has enabled clients to react positively to changes in the aircraft and engine market.

Eddy is a regular conference speaker and a former visiting lecturer at the Air Business Academy in Toulouse, specialising in aircraft values, market dynamics, and asset management.

A strategic thinker and tactical planner, Jan's experience in Human Resource and Asset Management has also helped clients to implement their business strategies successfully.
He has been recognized for skills in relationship management, both internally within relationship-structured organizations, and externally in alliances and Joint Ventures. He is particularly interested in early stage startups.
